As a Marketing Team member, you would assist in the development and creation of email campaigns for all Smithfield Foods Brands. You would work with the Marketing Technology team on applying analytical insights to improve channel performance, review reporting & analytics and continually optimize channels based on target KPIs.Core ResponsibilitiesSupport the Marketing Technology Team with the creation and execution of all email marketing campaigns and testing / reporting on campaign performance.Utilize an Email Service Provider (ESP) to send out campaigns.Analyze data in ESP and measure and optimize campaigns based on data.Build lifecycle automations and execute A / B and multi-variant tests.Identify target audiences and understand segmentation.Collaborate with Smithfield’s Internal Stakeholders (Marketing Brand Teams, IT Security, Consumer Affairs) to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned on campaigns and objectives.Collaborate with external agencies and utilize project management to ensure campaign objectives are achieved.QualificationsBachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, required.1-2 years of experience in Email Marketing Platforms (B2C experience), preferred.Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to balance QA and execution.Basic understanding of editing HTML, copywriting, design, and Google AnalyticsSkilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects and activities.EEO / AA InformationSmithfield is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity.
