Works under the direction of the Manager, HR Shared Services to ensure HR service and delivery is consistent and timely. Engage and collaborate with the appropriate stakeholders across HR & other function (e.g., HRBPs, CoEs, Payroll, IT, etc.) to drive the appropriate agreed changesProvide immediate, timely, efficient support to HR Business Partners and other HR resources during compliance audits by retrieving files, reviewing information to coordinate historical records, and compiling necessary documentationManage edits as needed in HRIS upon receiving request and approval from managers, directors, and HR Business PartnersFocus on confidentiality and maintaining personal data privacy is essential for all work assignmentsIdentify areas of improvement and design solutions with a focus on employee experiencePerform special projects as assignedSeek out opportunities to automate and enhance operations to be more efficient, while keeping employee experience as the utmost priorityRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in related discipline3+ years’ HR experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred with emphasis on HR operations / shared services and process, data entry / auditServiceNow experience is preferredExcellent customer service skillsStrong attention to detail for data integrity managementExcellent interpersonal, influencing, written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in MS Office; Advanced proficiency preferred
